Number Original Receipt

The original receipt, packing slip or invoice number, with RMA number are required for all returns and exchanges.


Return & Exchange Period

· Buyer has 30 days after receipt of the products to inspect, and either accept or reject them. If the items are returned for credit in their original condition within the 30 days then the full cost of the parts sold will be credited.

· If a part is returned after the 30 day period then a restocking fee of 25% of the full retail value of the returned items will be assessed for the return of non-defective parts.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

· Labor, design, engineering, delivery and/or other services

· Items that are damaged after receipt, improperly installed or abused

· Assembled items that are missing any original components or that have been modified

· Etched or otherwise personalized or customized items

· Electronics and video components can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund

· Fiberoptic & Optic Components including: Light Guide Lens Assemblies, Loose Lenses, Objective Lenses Assemblies, Light Guide Bundle, etc.


Returns by Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL

1. You can return purchases via USPS, Federal Express, UPS and DHL. To return an item:

2. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible

3. Include the packing slip and return label, and indicate the reason for the return

4. Include all original packing materials, manuals and/or accessories that came with the items being returned

For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS, FedEx, DHL or insured USPS with return receipt.


Refund Methods


For online purchases:

A credit only will be offered in place of a refund.


For all other purchases:

Your refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase. However, if the item was paid with cash, check, credit card or debit in an amount greater than $50, the refund will be in the form of a check mailed within 10 business days of receipt of the return.


Promotional Items and Bundles:

When returning an item from a sale or promotion, you must also return any accompanying items that were included in the bundled package. If you don't, the refund amount will be reduced to reflect the value of the free items.

When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and for return purposes, it's like the bundle never happened. So if a single product from a bundle is returned, the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive a percentage discount in savings when you purchase an eyepiece and ocular housing together and you return either item, the percentage amount will be subtracted from your refund, unless the item is being returned and exchanged due to a defect.

OEM Refurbished Parts

· Cannot be returned for refund

· All OEM Component sales are AS-IS and Final
